Temple website design, built into the software

Most temples run two systems: a website someone built years ago, and whatever the office actually uses. Temple Hub makes them one thing — a complete public website, managed from the same portal that runs your bookings, donations and calendar.

The problem

Two systems, one festival, three wrong dates

A temple website built by an outside vendor drifts the moment it is delivered. The festival date changes; someone updates the calendar in the office, someone else emails the web person, and the poster in the entrance says something different again. Devotees ring to ask which one is right. By the next festival, nobody trusts the website enough to look at it.

The cause is not neglect — it is that the website and the temple’s actual records live in different places, maintained by different people, on different schedules. No amount of design fixes that.

The approach

Update once, and it is right everywhere

Your Temple Hub website reads the same records your admin portal writes. Move a puja in the Temple Calendar and the website, the app and the priest’s schedule all move with it. Publish an announcement and it appears on the site and as a push notification. Open a campaign and its public page exists immediately, with donations flowing into the same Finance Dashboard as everything else.

There is no export, no sync and no handoff — because there is no second system. That is the difference between a website that describes your temple and a website that is your temple.

What you get

Every part of the site, and the tile that runs it

Your address

On your own domain, in your own name

The website is hosted for you at a Temple Hub address, or connected to the domain your temple already owns — your donors, your search results, your name. Temples moving from an older site keep the domain they have; nothing about the address has to change just because the software did.

And the apps

The same content, in the app store

A website is where people find you; an app is where the regulars live. Temple Hub ships both. Devotees install the app from Google Play or the App Store, enter your temple code once, and from then on it opens straight to your temple with push notifications for bookings and announcements — showing the same events, calendar and galleries the website does, because it is the same data.

What it costs

Nothing extra

The website is part of the subscription, not a separate line item. There is no design fee, no hosting bill, no per-page charge, and no annual redesign quote — and no per-booking or per-transaction fee on the donations and bookings it takes. Plans start at $499/month for up to 500 active households, and every plan includes every feature.

Worth saying plainly: if your current website works and your office is happy maintaining it, you do not need this. The argument for a website inside the software is that it stops going stale — not that it is prettier.

See it working before you commit

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and full access to every feature, so the committee can see the site running rather than take our word for it.
