Starter is $499 per temple per month for up to 500 active households (about 2,000 users), with Facility Services, Canteen and Store included. Community is $699 per temple per month for up to 2,500 active households (about 10,000 users); optional add-ons are Facility Services for $100/month, Canteen for $100/month and Store for $100/month, or $999/month with everything. Unlimited is $999 per temple per month for unlimited active households; optional add-ons are Facility Services for $100/month, Canteen for $100/month and Store for $100/month, or $1,299/month with everything. Every plan includes the whole core platform, the public temple website and the iOS and Android apps. Organizations running several temples can ask about Multi-Temple, which is priced individually. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial and has no hidden fees or per-booking charges.

It has no household limit, for a single large temple.

Facility Services, Canteen and Store are included on Starter and optional add-ons on Community and Unlimited. On Community, Facility Services is $100/month, Canteen is $100/month and Store is $100/month, so Community with everything is $999/month. On Unlimited, Facility Services is $100/month, Canteen is $100/month and Store is $100/month, so Unlimited with everything is $1,299/month. Facility Services covers hall, kitchen and room rentals, equipment add-ons, security deposits and rental contracts. The Canteen add-on covers the menu, counter orders, kitchen production and raw-material stock, catering and meal sponsorship. The Store add-on covers books, vasthram, pooja items and souvenirs, with their own stock, counter sales and returns. Canteen and Store used to be sold together as one Canteen & Store add-on; temples that had it keep both, at the price they already pay.

The module's tile stays visible on your temple home page with a lock on it, so staff can see it exists. Opening it shows a short message asking you to contact the Temple Hub admin. Nothing is deleted when a module is off — if you used it before, your records are kept and come back when the module is switched on again.

You are billed by active households — the families currently engaging with your temple — not by the total number of records in your database. As a guide we count about 4 people per household, so 500 households is about 2,000 users and 2,500 households is about 10,000 users; billing is always by household, never by user. Archived devotees, past puja bookings, completed donations, and years of historical data never count toward your tier. Your archive can grow for decades while your bill stays tied only to the community you serve today.

Nothing breaks and no family is ever turned away. Household bands are a soft cap — if you approach or pass yours, the platform keeps working normally and our team will simply reach out to discuss moving to the next plan. You stay in control.

Multi-Temple is built for organizations running more than one temple. It includes full access to every module, plus custom web design, multiple temple tenants you can switch between in a tap, centralized reporting, custom onboarding, and a dedicated success manager. Pricing is tailored to your organization — talk to our team.

The TempleHub Subscription tile lets temple admins view invoices, check the current plan, and update payment details — all from within the admin portal. You do not need to contact our team for routine billing updates.

There is no setup fee. We create your account, assign your temple code and guide you through onboarding at no charge, and you can import devotees and records yourself from a spreadsheet with our help. The temple website and the iOS and Android apps are included in every plan. Two hands-on services are optional and quoted separately as one-time charges: assisted data migration, where we move and clean your existing devotee, family, donation and booking records from another system or from spreadsheets and link households for you; and custom website design, a site built around your temple's own branding beyond the included template website.

No. Temple Hub charges a flat monthly fee per temple: your plan's base price plus any add-on modules you have switched on. There are no per-booking fees, no per-devotee charges, and no per-transaction charges on puja orders or donations processed through the platform.
