The short answer

How much does temple management software cost?

• Starter: $499 per month — up to 500 households (about 2,000 users). Facility Services, Canteen and Store included.
• Community: $699 per month — up to 2,500 households (about 10,000 users). Facility Services +$100, Canteen +$100, Store +$100; everything $999 per month.
• Unlimited: $999 per month — Unlimited households. Facility Services +$100, Canteen +$100, Store +$100; everything $1,299 per month.

Organizations running more than one temple are priced individually. No setup fees, no per-booking charges, and the temple website and iOS and Android apps are included. Optional services — assisted data migration and custom website design — are quoted separately.

The billing unit

What counts as an “active household”

You are billed by the families currently engaging with your temple — not by the size of your database. Archived devotees, past puja bookings, completed donations and years of historical records never count toward your band. A temple with twenty years of history and four hundred active families is a Starter temple.

This matters more than it sounds. Software priced per record punishes you for keeping good history, which is exactly what a 501(c)(3) needs at audit time. Your archive can grow for decades while your bill stays tied to the community you serve today.

What you are not charged for

The line items that are not on the invoice

No dedicated hardware or POS terminal is required to run Temple Hub. Temples that want to take in-person card payments can connect a card terminal, and we will walk you through the payment options during onboarding.

Optional services

Data migration and custom website design

Getting started is free: we set up your account, and you can bring in devotees and records yourself from a spreadsheet with our guidance. Two hands-on services are available if you want them, each a one-time charge quoted for your temple:

• Assisted data migration — we move your existing devotee, family, donation and booking records from another system or from spreadsheets, clean them up and link households, so you start with your history in place.
• Custom website design— a site designed around your temple’s own branding, beyond the included template website.

Starting

The trial, and what happens after it

Every plan begins with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required, with full access to every tile and feature. Most temples are live within a single business day: we set up the account, assign your unique temple code, and guide you through onboarding. If thirty days is not long enough for your board to meet, ask about an extended pilot — that is a normal request, not a special favor.
